Returns Policy

Return Period

Our returns policy allows for returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period has elapsed, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns on products that:

  • Were shipped by Sunwavez
  • Are in their original condition
  • Have not been worn (except for fitting)
  • Include all original packaging and accessories
  • Are accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Customized or personalized sunglasses
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items that show signs of wear or damage
  • Items without original packaging

Refund Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at ask@sunwavez.com to initiate your return
  2. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
  3. Package your item securely with all original materials
  4. Ship to our returns department at: 2 Macklin St, Parkside SA 5063, Australia
  5. Once received, we'll inspect the item
  6. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/debit card refunds: 2-5 business days
  • PayPal refunds: 1-2 business days
  • Bank transfer refunds: 3-7 business days
  • AfterPay refunds: As per AfterPay's policy

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • For faulty items, we will reimburse return shipping costs

Damaged or Faulty Items

For items received damaged or with manufacturing faults:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage/fault
  • We'll provide a prepaid return label
  • Replacement or full refund will be provided
